Private Capital Partner Opportunity
I'm opening a limited number of private capital partner positions for a funding opportunity relating to a Singapore shophouse project.
This is not an equity investment in the property. It is a private funding arrangement documented under a legal agreement.
Funding Participation
From S$25,000
Indicative Annual Return
• S$25,000 Up to 6% p.a.
• S$50,000 Up to 10% p.a.
• S$100,000 Up to 15% p.a.
• S$200,000 and above Up to 20% p.a.
The funding is linked to a Singapore shophouse project that is targeted for sale next year.
Subject to the legal agreement and successful completion of the sale, capital together with the agreed return is intended to be repaid upon completion.
Only 17 capital partner positions are available.
